Morgårdshammar AB, Sweden, a part of theDanieli group, is celebrating its 150-year anniversary in 2006. In 1856 Morgårdshammar AB was registered as a company, and ever since has been a proud and important performer in the iron and steel industry.As a part of the celebration of the 150-year anniversary, the King of Sweden, Carl XVI Gustav, visited Smedjebacken on September 7. The hosts of the celebration that day were Morgårdshammar AB and Ovako Bar AB, both founded in 1856.
