800-series block guides The design of Morgårdshammar block guides in 800-sereis was based on experience for many years of manufacturing roller guides. They were designed in the late 70’s and still, with improvements over the years, meet the demand for easy handling and long life. The latest upgrade is the implementation of the v-shaped bottom for increased stability on mounting device. The guide box is made of hardened stainless steel. The roller holders are kept in the roller guide box by pivot pins. Lateral adjustment is made by set screws on the sides of the box and adjustment of height by set screws on the top and bottom side of the box.
